Blyton was born in East Dulwich, London, on August 11, 1897. Noddy is one of the popular characters created by her. Her books are based on adventure, fantasy and sometimes magic. The author has written more than 800 books in 40 years, and these books have been translated into many languages. She died on November 28, 1968.
