1. How do I make a purchase on booksyaari?

You can make purchases using the following: Credit Card (Visa/ Master Card) Debit Card (All leading bank debit cards) Netbanking (All leading banks) through online payment gateways such as PayUmoney and Paytm.

2. I don't have a credit card/debit card/netbanking. What can I do?

You can use Paytm / PayUmoney wallet in that case.

3. Are there any other charges when I make a payment on booksyaari?

Only Shipping charges are applied with every order.

Our Shipping charges may vary between Rs. 50-80.

There are NO any other hidden charges when you make a purchase on BooksYaari.com. List prices are final and all-inclusive.

The total price you see on the payment page is exactly what you would pay.

4. How do I pay using a Credit card?

You just have to choose a payment option at the time of checkout process.

We accept all VISA, Mastercard and American Express Credit cards. To pay using your Credit card, you will need your Credit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digit CVV number (Card Verification Value - found on the back side of your Credit card) and online 3D Secure password. After entering the card number, expiry date and CVV number on booksyaari, you will be redirected to the Bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

5. How do I pay using a Debit card?

You just have to choose a payment option at the time of checkout process.

 We accept Debit cards of all banks in India. To pay using your Debit card, you will need to enter your Debit card number, Card expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), 3 digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards) on booksyaari. You will then be redirected to your Bank's page for entering your online password (issued to you by your Bank) to complete the payment.

10. Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on booksyaari?

1. How do I check the current status of my order (s)?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with booksyaari.com. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the My Account link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the My Orders link to view the status of all orders.To view the status of a specific order, click on the "Order Number". After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

2. What do the different order status mean ?

Payment Pending Authorization : Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
Payment Confirmed : We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
Processing : We have received your order and we are now processing your order
Delivered : Your order has been shipped out from our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location
Order Cancelled : When order would be cancelled.

3. When and how can I cancel an order ?

You can cancel your order at any time before your order shipped.

You can visit to My Account section and select your order . You can find the option for order cancellation there.

Once you submitted the required details of order, we will send you the updates via email within 24 Hours.

 4. What is the estimated delivery time?

We take  5-10 days to deliver every Book : for all areas.

5. How will my item be packaged?

All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap 

6. What should I do if I find my product has been opened or tampered with upon delivery?

If you feel the package has been tampered or opened, do not accept it from the courier. Mail us immediately 

 

 

Cancellations, returns & replacements

1. What is your Return Policy

You may return the books if the condition/quality of the books is not as per your expectations.

You need to inform within 24 Hours of delivery if you want to return the book, after that you can not return the book.

Once you submitted the required details of order, we will send you the updates via email within 24 Hours.

1. Are the products I purchase on booksyaari covered by a warranty / guarantee?

At booksyaari, we work hard to select only quality books for you.

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee for second hand books.

3. Is there a difference between what I see and what I buy?

The  cover page of books may be different from the image showing in the website's product page.

But we assure you best quality of the book you have ordered.

Supplemental materials are not guaranteed for used books.
