Three In One Book Set

The Hunger Games

First in the ground-breaking HUNGER GAMES trilogy. In a vision of the near future a terrifying reality TV show is taking place. Twelve boys and twelve girls are forced to appear in a live event called The Hunger Games. There is only one rule: kill or be killed. But Katniss has been close to death before. For her survival is second nature.

Catching Fire

The second book in the ground-breaking HUNGER GAMES trilogy. After winning the brutal Hunger Games, Katniss and Peeta return to their district, hoping for a peaceful future. But their victory has caused rebellion to break out ... and the Capitol has decided that someone must pay. As Katniss and Peeta are forced to visit the districts on the Capitol's Victory Tour, the stakes are higher than ever. Unless they can convince the world that they are still lost in their love for each other, the consequences will be horrifying. Then comes the cruellest twist: the contestants for the next Hunger Games are announced, and Katniss and Peeta are forced into the arena once more.

The final book in the ground-breaking HUNGER GAMES trilogy. Katniss Everdeen has survived the Hunger Games twice. The Capitol is angry and wants revenge. Who do they think should pay for the unrest? Katniss. And President Snow has made it clear that no one else is safe either. Not Katniss's family not her friends not the people of District 12.

The culminating novel in The Hunger Games trilogy of novels authored by Suzanne Collins, Mockingjay follows the story of Katniss Everdeen, who has twice survived the brutal and violent Hunger Games. In this novel, she reluctantly accepts a proposal from District 13, the group behind the rebellion in Panem, by agreeing to be 'Mockingjay', the symbol representing the rebellion spearheaded by them, and their president Alma Coin. In exchange, she is assured immunity for all the past Hunger Games' tributes including her closest friends, Finnick Odair, and Peeta Mellark, as well as the sole privilege of killing President Snow upon his capture.

To fulfill her end of the bargain, she must participate in a series of films entitled Propos, as propaganda for the rebellion. Meanwhile, the Capitol's secret plan of bombing District 13 comes to light, and the rebels launch their own military strategy against the Capitol, in retaliation. For this purpose, Katniss is sent on a coverup Propos assignment to Capitol, along with her teammates, and Peeta, under the orders of President Coin. However, the assignment in a supposedly 'safe' zone, goes drastically out of control, leading to complete and utter disaster, forcing Katniss to take charge. The book is marked with deadly ambushes, ruthless kills, monsters, and explosions, as the violent combat between the rebels and the Capitol ignites to a feverish pitch, leaving no one safe.
